Montreal’s Ultimate Cheap Eat

To get to know a city, you’ve got to get to know its food. Montréal is known for its high-end restaurants, and for a good reason, but <a href="https://www.facebook.com/DrogheriaFine/?ref=l_bonappetit_web_us&ord=53620941" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Drogheria’s Fine</a> is a perfect reminder that you don’t need to blow your budget to eat well in the city. Drogheria has been dishing out the perfect lunchtime bite to locals for over two decades. For only $5 (tax included!), you can get a take-out box packed with saucy, cheesy, impeccably cooked gnocchi. As a student who has spent the last 4 years in Montréal searching for the perfect cheap eats, I had to give it a try. Spoiler: Totally worth the 30 min walk from the ghetto.
