<p>Fresh out of college, I stepped into the corporate world, landing a dream job at an incredible company.</p>

<p>Over the past decade, my goals were clear: excel academically, attend college, gain internships and experience, and secure a job. However, as a Gen-Z individual, transitioning into the ‘real world’ without the familiar structure of education can feel overwhelming. It’s a universal challenge we all face at some point, and now it’s our turn.</p>
