Chani is a company whose hiring practices feel so right you’d think it was a scam
<p>The modern job market is a mess and not only that it’s still not ideal for those who aren’t the white male.</p>
<p>An email job listing for rising star astrologist CHANI Nichols and her company CHANI Nichols Incorporated, was so inclusive that I had to check the email address to make sure it wasn’t a fever dream.</p>
<p>The job listings, and there are many (keep reading for the details on those) openly encourage EVERYONE to send in their resume for a shot.</p>
