<p>This Sunday, a suburban cinema in Dublin celebrates its 100th birthday. It&rsquo;s no mean feat for any cinema to reach this milestone &mdash; think of all the ones that have come and gone during the movie-going boom years &mdash; and it&rsquo;s even more of an achievement considering that this particular cinema once closed its doors for good.</p> <p>The Stella in Rathmines, Dublin, opened on 29 January 1923, which was a Monday.
