Burning Man, the Debauchery in the Desert, Dissolves into a Muddy Pigsty
<p>The famous Burning Man festival is currently suffering from massive rains that have turned the desert pop-up town into a pigsty of mud, garbage, high, and naked people — one death has been reported so far.</p>

<p>There are currently “a little over 70,000” people stranded at the festival in northwest Nevada due to the mud and flooding, according to Pershing County Sheriff’s Sgt. Nathan Carmichael.</p>
<p>“Some people are walking out,” Carmichael told CNN on Sunday, but event organizers and local authorities are urging attendees to stay put until the roads are safe to travel. <p>Regardless of how “harrowing” the experiences have been, no one has dared to say anything negative about “Burning Man.” This makes me suspicious, especially from what I know about people I have met in the past who considered themselves dedicated “burners.”</p>
<h2>Nudity is cool</h2>
<p>Don’t get me wrong, I like nudity as much as anyone else, especially when attractive people express themselves through dance. I like music, but not the music popular at Burning Man — but that’s not why I think the five-day event in the Nevada desert perfectly expresses the culmination of man’s influence on this earth.</p>
