The world was always so dark,
The world was always so bleak.
She had no friends in her world,
There was no one with whom,
She could sit down and speak.
The world was always at war,
It was always a struggle for power.
The children of the world were lost,
Every war had its horrible human cost.
As one nation one another inevitably lost.
There was no stopping crime,
She read about it and saw it,
In the news all of the time.
What could stop all this crime?
It seemed to rise every time.
She built a world of love,
She built a world of peace.
A world within worlds, within worlds,
That were filled with love and calm,
Where everyone was free from harm.
