The Carolands mansion was a lovely place and so many cars are lined up in front of the gates on a weekly basis.</p> <p>They&rsquo;re not there for charity. They are waiting in hopes of getting a ticket to receive a tour of this place. You have to apply at least a month in advance if you want to even get a chance to be considered.</p> <p>And given that the Carolands are only open two hours per week, getting a ticket is akin to getting the golden ticket to see Willy Wonka&rsquo;s chocolate factory.
