<p>When the pandemic first hit, most boomers were happy to stay in their homes and maybe fix them up a bit. But things have changed. According to the National Association of Realtors, now <strong>39%</strong> of people buying homes are boomers.</p>
<p>What they’re doing differently is buying houses with cash, skipping over those high mortgage rates. This move is pushing aside younger folks who can’t afford to pay in cash and puts boomers at the front of the line for buying homes.</p>
