The Best Way to Argue for DEI
<p>The debate over DEI hires made it all the way to Twitter when billionaire sports junky Mark Cuban tweeted his support for DEI hires. Fellow billionaire Elon Musk replied with a classic straw man argument by asking Cuban when an Asian woman would be making her debut as a Dallas Maverick. Cuban replied with an equally childing retort by invoking Donald Trump’s former cabinet members, who were mostly (of course) straight white cis males.</p>
<p>The two man-children did come to an agreement when Elon said if two candidates were exactly equally qualified, the tiebreaker should be diversity, but ultimately, the two suggested the debate would best be settled with a fistfight.</p>
