The Many Things Anti-LGBTQ Christians Don’t Think About

<p>We have plenty of evidence that anti-LGBTQ thoughts and beliefs directly contribute to behaviors Paul describes as &ldquo;<a href="https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Galatians+5%3A19-26&amp;version=NIV" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">fruits of the flesh</a>&rdquo; (Gal. 5:19&ndash;26) and that any reasonable person would find problematic.</p> <p>People who regard same-sex relationships as sin often denounce LGBTQ people with &ldquo;hatred&rdquo; and &ldquo;fits of rage.&rdquo; Think about the 1990s. Think about the current furor over trans youth. They also create &ldquo;discord,&rdquo; &ldquo;dissensions,&rdquo; and &ldquo;factions&rdquo; within their churches, schools, and communities.
