ADMET-AI: A machine learning ADMET prediction platform. Article review

What makes this platform special? The most important thing for me is speed. As we work with large chemical spaces most of the time, predicting properties for millions of compounds has been a hustle. ADMET-AI claims to be the fastest service compared to other web servers, reducing the prediction time by 45%. To evaluate the speed, ADMET-AI was compared to six other web servers that provide a wide range of ADMET properties: SwissADME, ADMETLab 2.0, pkCSM, vNN-ADMET, ADMETboost, and PreADMET. Each server was used to predict ADMETs for 1, 10, 100, or 1,000 molecules from the DrugBank database. ADMET-AI proved to be the fastest web server for any number of molecules.
