The Denver Nuggets are -2.5-point favorites in Game 3 in Miami. I believe the Denver Nuggets are the better team and have a more talented roster, but I think the Heat will win Game 3. Not by a lot, but because of home court advantage, it’s possible that they will squeak out a win to put them up 2–1 in the series. After Game 1, I was very worried that the series would be short, and the Nuggets would dominate because that’s what they did in Game 1. The Heat’s ability to make adjustments is very important against Nikola Jokic. He’s a very smart player, and he will always have a good game, but the Heat realized that it would be more beneficial for them as a team to not worry about him scoring as much, but worry about him controlling the game. In these playoffs, when Nikola Jokic scores 40 or more, they’re 0–3.
